UK Delivery - Small parcels £6.19 1st class signed, £5.15 2nd class signed. Medium parcels £8.39 1st class signed, £7.55 2nd class signed.

International Delivery - Small parcels £16.00. Medium parcels £20.

For all custom products we will give you an estimated dispatch date at the time of order. Please also be aware that over busy times of year such as Christmas, the time to delivery may be longer than however we will keep you informed and updated.

Orris Leather is not liable for deliveries which are delayed outside of Royal Mail’s estimated time frame. If you would prefer an alternative courier then please notify us at Orris Leather. You will be required to pay any additional courier charges.

Please ensure that the delivery address given is correct as Orris Leather will not be liable for any errors made by the customer.

Returns

Returns policy:

Please note that no returns will be offered if errors to individual sizing, measurements and colours have been made by the customer at the time of booking or if an item has been personalised by special request.

If an item is faulty Orris Leather will offer a refund or exchange as long as the customer submits a request in writing within 28 days of taking delivery of the product.

Where an exchange or refund is guaranteed the products must be returned to Orris Leather within 28 days of receipt in suitable packaging and dispatched condition. Shipping charged for returned products will be at the customer’s expense. Orris Leather will not be responsible for products lost in transit or products damaged in transit. Where items are received damaged or in unsuitable packaging Orris Leather will not be able to refund or exchange the item.
